Reasonable Doubt: Volume 2 (Reasonable Doubt #2) by Whitney Gracia Williams

The story remains to be a mystery and yet secrets are slowly being revealed. The author made a powerful story despite it being short and fast paced.

Aubrey's father trying to reach his dream, Aubrey's dance career, Andrew's ex-wife and his hot and cold approach to Aubrey. It had a lot going on and yet the author pulled it off by not making it feel like it was too much.

The hot and steamy scenes kept me panting and fanning for more. Whitney Gracia Williams has pure talent for writing. And I can't wait for the next book of the series!!!

Loving Mr. Daniels by Brittainy C. Cherry

"The best things in life aren't easy. They are tough, they are painful, and they are raw. That makes the arrival to the final destination that much sweeter."
Student-Teacher romances have always been an interesting subject for me. It's not just about the feeling of adventure and the aspect of getting caught by doing something forbidden, it's the thrill of loving someone because it feels so right despite of it still being wrong.

This one was beautifully written but I admit, there were a few scenes that made me feel bored. I liked Ashlyn too, she's the troubled heroine in our story. Her desire to be wanted made me feel connected with her. It was just the right time that she met Daniel, who was also feeling lost and broken. They were able to fix and complete each other's feelings together, they complimented each other. It wasn't what I expected to be but I enjoyed it nonetheless.

4 FORBIDDEN STARS!

Rush Too Far (Rosemary Beach #1.1) by Abbi Glines

It was absolutely fun reading Rush's thoughts. I just fell in love all over again. His own POV was kind of refreshing to read from Abbi Glines' writing. It was still hot like before and I loved every page of it!

Monster in His Eyes (Monster in His Eyes #1) by J.M. Darhower

The writer did an excellent job with this book. It was an instant love kind of romance but it doesn't feel like it took away from the story. The author wrote a page turning sexy action and suspense and it was absolutely thrilling to read. It was my kind of story. I can't wait to read how Karissa and Naz's story will end.

5 MONSTER STARS!

Happenstance (Happenstance #1) by Jamie McGuire

This was a quick read and yet so much emotion was put into it. Erin Easter's life was hell on earth and yet she manages by not getting on anyone's way and staying silent. But that changes in a single moment. Read this got yourself if you want something short yet sweet and can pull your heartstrings.

Blissful Surrender (Bliss #3) by B.J. Harvey

BJ Harvey really knows how to write sweet and cute romance. Although this one says it focuses on a dominant male called Sean, I didn't really feel that kind of dominance. He may be an alpha with the way he commands Sam but not all the time which is a point of being a Dom. He's still a hot lawyer by day and a sexy club owner by night.

Sam's known as the "Ice Queen" at her job and by her partner Zander (used to be a stripper and engaged to Kate). But between all of that she holds Sean in her heart ever since that dreadful break up 10 years ago.

A second chance love story, Sean and Sam meets once more due to a case that involved Ryan (Sean's younger brother). Before they knew it, sparks once again fly and they reconnect.

There wasn't much drama and the love scenes weren't as hot as the first two books but I still enjoyed reading it. Can't wait for the next one!

4 SEXY SPANKIN' STARS!!!

Shame on Me (Fool Me Once #2) by Tara Sivec

“Sometimes you have to kiss a few frogs in life. Sometimes you have to marry a frog and then learn how to be strong again after that frog turns into an ass. But eventually, Prince Charming will finally show his face and make all those damn frogs before him worth it.”

You can never go wrong in reading a Tara Sivec story. If you want a funny, sweet and quick read then this is for you. I finished it on one sitting and I'm craving for more of it.

Paige McCarthy was an ex-supermodel with a love for shoes and divorced from her husband who has a gambling problem. Ever since she joined her two best friends Kennedy and Lorelei at Fool Me Once Investigations, her role is to seduce cheating husbands or boyfriends to prove their clients what kind of idiots they are.

She never expected to meet Matt Russo, a quiet and nerdy man with all his sexiness wrapped underneath a sweater vest. Assigned to catch him cheating or seduce him, she instead feels that he isn't a lying piece of scum cheating on his wife. Soon, sparks fly and action among police and mobs are in the picture.

I admit though, it wasn't as funny or hot as the first book but I absolutely enjoyed reading this.
